I am sad to see the decline of the el Mouradi hotels in Tunisia ….at the first a young waiter in the restaurant is very impolite ,The rooms stink. They are not clean. There are no blankets and towels ,There was only a mini fridge in my room and the air conditioner didn’t work I cannot believe I paid what I did for such a unsatisfying stay!!!

I never ever will go back to that place again we stay there as couple we didn’t like how people fight for food I never saw something like that in my life .

It was so filthy unorganized and the staff were so racist

Dirty hotel. No towels, no bed sheets. BROKEN AC. we checked-in after 3 PM. Hotel lobby without AC at all(Closed in purpose) We were sweating like crazy. Apart from some stuff (Maher Daouess), the rest has baaad attitude. Asked for queen bed, got two singles. No bath caps Mini bar is dripping with water and not even cold. Dirty baths. And water mixer is broken. Room AC no working. Cleaning service is a favor.. And one morning someone opened the room on us while speeling.. Only 2 power socks in the rooms Breakfast is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Lunch all salads smelled bad. And the food is not even worth the loooong line. Didn't dare to go dinner. Lightening is bad in the rooms. Phones are disconnected, if u need the reception (any services) you have to walk there. No wifi. For a four stars hotel, it was disappointing. Worst experience ever... The hotel need renovation. Stop overbooking the rooms. Imagine a line of 1800 people during dinner time. ????????????. Very crouded, more than normal. And feels very overbooked.

It's a bit difficult to upgrade your booking like from half board to full board or the opesate, it takes me two days to do that and the reception employees wasn't helpful that much because of the big number of people waiting to be served on the reception.

Bad small gym, asked to leave after 50 min despite paying for 60 min. No answer about condition of gym from hotel when booking. There are better hotels nearby.

Beach is not bad

- they are many tourists that don’t respect woman rights and my friend was about to be rape... you must always keep an eye on your family this place is dangerous and I don’t recommend it - Staff don’t care of you - Room is dirty with fungus and smell is horrible - Room is empty (you never find towels, toilets paper, shower gels) to get this you have to go to the reception. Then at reception they promise to sent it to your room but don’t believe them you won’t get it. - don’t drink water in the bar it seems coming from the swimming pool... - be careful with the milk not always fresh. - staff never understand you even if you talk in french, English or Russian - be patient at the checking small things take hours there at least 40min even if you are alone - be careful furniture can be broken - WiFi doesn’t exist - femme de ménage just bring a destroy - windows don’t close and any body can enter in the room

Only the emplacement of the hotel and also the hard rock café saved my journey in this hotel.

I stayed twice at this hotel this summer and for both times I didn´t like my stay there. The rooms were not clean enough. Many equipments are missed. The food was okay. The personal were not warm enough. One can notice a bad organisation at this hotel.

Never book in this hotel it was a terrible experience for me the prices in the website are very high once u see your room you just get the biggest choc ever room is very dirty nothing to do with the pic old tv broken and the smell of humidity is just terrible, I tried to speak to the staff and show them what I expected from the pictures in this website they where not friendly or aiming to help this hotel is just a disaster

It has nothing to do with the pictures showing on the site... the furniture was old n racked ... the beds so uncomfortable... smallest tv ever seen in ages ... dead towels... the food not eatable except for two or three things U have to walk for 5 minutes to get to the gate and wait for ages to get a taxi which costs alot to get to the nearest center

The staff was. Great but be careful when you book with booking.com we booked all inclusive and paid 800 pound for 10 days and was told the all inclusive only included soft drinks. So for the whole holiday we had to pay for alcohol . The hotel said it was booking .com's fault. So if u do book with them make sure it is real all inclusive

Toilets around the pool area and in the lobby are disgusting and not very clean at all. We had to use our room toilet. Ever time the fridge was not working. And changed twice. And the bathroom is not very up to date the beach is great. And the swimming pool staff are great the tattoo man Adel was always helpfull and the bar staff was good. Even though we had to pay in the breakfast lounge it was like a free for all. Only 1 coffee machine. For about 1000 guests lots of queing most times we never bothered to have any I would class this hotel as a 2 star it needs some updates made the good thing is that there is a hard rock cafe just outside the hotel. So ate there most times. But just made holiday that bit more expensive.

Was the worst place I ever visited. I changed my mind immediately when I saw the room. They made me pay for one day though I left at seeing the room. Staff is extremely unprofessional and they made me wait for around 2h before giving the room. This facility should be closed immediately for maintenance. Please don't consider at all..

Animation team was the only value in this hotel

Bungalow not clean, the cleaning service will happen late in the afternoon, you cannot find a clean table to eat and no response from the hotel personnel it was a bad experience for 4 stars hotel

No wi-fi , not organised , miss leading for offer ( All inclusive not include alcohol and they charge extra ) , miss leading for room reservation ( They gave me bungalow at first night !! No visitors allowed for you !!! Services on Restaurant are very bad . No room service exist !!!
